This will help you breathe better when you sleep. If you do not possess a musical instrument or just do not have any interest in playing one, then you may want to sing in the shower. Singing in the shower can also be very beneficial.

3. Avoid Alcohol Consumption Right Before Going To Bed

Many people drink before they go to bed because they think that alcohol will help them sleep better at night. Alcohol helps relax the muscles in the airway, which can lead to snoring. If you do consume alcohol, then you should have your last drink three or four hours before going to bed. Furthermore, you may want to consider using Natural Sleeping Pills.
