Now, this can be as serious or as lighthearted as you like. By opting for a few corporate award options and coming up with your categories, your staff will want to work hard for the title. Whether you have something like most sales achieved or funniest sales pitch, you could encourage your staff to get the results you want.

4. Have a Defined Promotion Plan

Sometimes, one of the best ways to motivate your staff is to ensure that they know they have a future with you. When you have a clear promotional pathway in your business, your staff will always be able to work towards their end goal. When people know they can progress, it’s a strong motivational point for them.

5. Keep Your Office Atmosphere Cool

Finally, you may also find that it will work in your favour if your company is a really great place to work. When an office is cold, harsh, and strict, staff can often feel demoralised. But, when you have a fun, supportive and welcoming atmosphere, with lots of enjoyable times, your staff will always want to do their best.
